Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Tulsa, OK. You will represent the company in stores, stock shelves, and execute displays for brands like Oreo and Ritz.

Expect 25–35 hours per week with a 3pm–12am schedule, driving your own vehicle, and earning $16–$17 hourly with benefits. This role emphasizes relationship-building with store personnel, adherence to merchandising standards, and regular communication with RTM and management to maximize product

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and moving products as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Tulsa, OK; secondary location Sand Springs, OK.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and maintain the biscuit aisle visibility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage with retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
