Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo and Ritz to life in stores. You will stock shelves, set displays, and place orders via iPad while using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable: lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs; moving products.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Mammoth, CA; Bishop, CA as secondary location.
• Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thu/Sat; 5:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Move products physically to shelves and displays; ensure safe handling.
