Mondelēz International in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz and other brands. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and capture photos following DSD Merchandising Excellence to keep products in stock and visible.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 25 lbs with a 15–20 hour weekly schedule starting at 5 am, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions; use Salesforce for displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities from RTM; assist seasonal sales and launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
