Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs at assigned stores around Novi, MI and Farmington, MI. You will stock shelves, build displays, and act as the Mondelēz ambassador ensuring leading brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy are well represented.

You will follow the daily schedule with the merchandising manager, capture store display photos, and drive improvements in seasonal displays and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or grocery is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Novi, MI.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with the sales rep to optimize visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per Mondelēz’ merchandising steps, including taking pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Work with the merchandising manager on the daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
