Job summary

Mondelēz International in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You’ll build relationships, stock shelves, set displays, and ensure customers find their favorites where they expect them.

You will travel to multiple store locations within a 25–35 mile radius, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform early morning shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place product orders via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM and work with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
