Job summary

Troon, at Entrada at Snow Canyon in St. George, UT, seeks a Part-Time Snack Bar Attendant to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will assist with food and beverage preparation, maintain a clean area, manage stock, and support the F&B team to ensure superb guest experiences.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be able to meet alcohol-service age requirements and possess a Certified Food Handler's Card.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must meet age requirement for alcohol service and possess a Certified Food Handler's Card.
• Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Attends to guests promptly, efficiently and personally.
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items.
• Maintains an organized, clean work area.
• Controls inventory and monitors food/beverage products.
• Receives deliveries and stores properly.
• Reports supply needs to the department manager.
• Stocks and inventories products.
• Answers guest questions about facility information.
• Supports food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest concerns to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef.
• Monitors daily schedule, events, and activities.
• Processes snack bar purchases using EZLinks POS system.
• Responsible for cash and checks.
• Adheres to safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
