Cortica in Concord, CA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist with opportunities to grow to full-time. The role offers an hourly rate of $55-$65 and a collaborative, transdisciplinary care model for pediatric clients.

You will develop individual treatment plans, provide play-based therapy, supervise SLP assistants, and participate in Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program to advance clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred or required.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate and empower families to extend strategies beyond sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to enhance leadership skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
