Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join the Speech Pathology Unit in Santa Rosa, CA. The position involves 8-hour day shifts and includes responsibilities across assessment, treatment planning, and patient education for speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year, and CA SLP license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Completion of, or eligibility for, Clinical Fellowship Year.
• California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Dysphagia assessment/management training preferred.
• 1 year acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, plan, implement and educate on speech, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Provide supervision for Clinical Fellowship year as needed.
• Collaborate with patients and families to address communication needs.
• Follow facility protocols under supervision as required.
