Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center is hiring a part‑time Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment, treatment planning, and patient education for speech, cognitive and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure in California and BLS certification, with prior experience in diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology.
• California Speech Language Pathologist License required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and plan among speech-language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff; provide training and counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health‑care teams to ensure continuity of care.
