Job summary

Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-time) to join the Speech Pathology Unit. The Staff Speech-Language Therapist I will perform evaluations, create written treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy aligned with treatment goals in a patient-centered care environment.

Required: California SLP license, and BLS certification. Inpatient Rehab experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathologist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop written treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing treatments to improve patients' functional status.
• Coordinate with care team to meet treatment objectives.
