Job summary

Willow Dale Wellness Village is seeking a parttime Cook for day shift to support our skilled nursing residents with tasty, nutritious meals prepared to individual dietary needs. You will follow recipes, prepare large volumes, and ensure food safety by recording temperatures and maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a basic education (10th grade) and prior SNF foodservice experience is preferred; we are willing to invest in the right person.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Follow recipes and prepare large volumes of food securely and efficiently.
• Record temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
