In accordance with California’s Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act, all employees are eligible for paid sick leave. Employees accrue paid sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, starting from their first day of employment. Unused sick leave carries over year-to-year, capped at a maximum of 80 hours (10 days).
