Responsibilities

• Provide a Clean, Fun, Friendly, and Safe experience to every guest.
• Enforce facility rules diplomatically.
• Monitor and maintain the skate floor and skate counter.
• Supervise customers for safety to prevent accidents.
• Communicate with session manager and other associates.
• Handle incident procedures.
• Verify that all skating adults have signed waivers.
• Complete assigned clean-up procedures.
