• Communicate with session manager about any safety issues.
• Document incidents and handle incident procedures.
• Verify that all skating adults have signed waiver cards.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, fun, friendly, and safe experience to every guest.
• Know the rules of the facility and be able to enforce them diplomatically.
• Monitor and maintain the skate floor and skate counter before and after sessions.
• Supervise customers for safety, protecting all skaters from injury (preventing accidents).
• Communicate with the session manager, other associates, and DJ concerning any problems or safety issues during a session.
• Handle incident procedures and be alert to the cause of surrounding incidents so you can document them later.
• Verify that all skating adults have signed Adult Waiver Cards (referred to as Skater Agreement Cards in RI), and for Skater ID cards, check expiration dates.
• Complete all assigned clean‑up procedures and assist in other areas as needed or requested.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
