Cincinnati Children’s is seeking part-time Shuttle Driver personnel to operate a scheduled shuttle and support the Mobile Care Clinic. You will assist with onboarding, coordinate daily clinic operations with leadership, and ensure safety standards and patient access.

Strong customer service and reliable communication are essential. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, routine maintenance coordination, check-in support, and collaboration with interpreters and clinical staff to maintain

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of related work experience required.
Current DOT medical card and valid CDL with passenger endorsement; comply with Safety Program guidelines.

Mansioni

Operate, on a scheduled basis, a Cincinnati Children’s shuttle or other CCHMC vehicle; provide transport between campus and off-site sites.
Assist with onboarding and coordinate daily Mobile Care Clinic operations with leadership and colleagues; ensure infection control and safety standards.
Deliver consistent customer service; assist with check-in/registration and verify patient demographics and insurance where applicable.
Maintain clean, safe vehicles; conduct pre/post-trip inspections and coordinate routine service with Transportation Services.
Perform other driving duties for Joint Commission visits and Mobile Care Clinics as needed; ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Comply with DOT regulations and CDL requirements; ensure vehicle is in accordance with clinical guidelines.
