Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a part-time Shuttle Bus attendant to operate a scheduled shuttle and support Mobile Care Clinic activities on campus. You will coordinate with leadership, schedule drivers, and ensure safe, reliable transport for patients, families, and staff while maintaining infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in related field.
• DOT physical card and valid CDL with passenger endorsement per program.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus on a schedule and transport to campus and off-site locations.
• Assist onboarding and coordinate Mobile Care Clinic operations.
• Set up and breakdown equipment, monitor supplies and coordinate with IS.
• Coordinate with schedulers, interpreters and clinical staff for throughput.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure safety/compliance.
• Support Joint Commission visits and special assignments.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and CDL guidelines.
