Job summary

Bon Bon Bon is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant (Shopkeeper) in Detroit to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage daily shop tasks, and maintain inventory with enthusiasm. You will engage customers, answer questions, and uphold the brand standards across all store interactions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Represent company values and interact with customers, vendors, and team members in a positive manner
• Greet customers and deliver exceptional, on-brand service with each interaction
• Maintain inventory and organize shop items such as Bons and packaging
• Provide informed, personal customer service to create lifelong customers
• Communicate information clearly and route inquiries to appropriate team members
• Use reporting tools and POS system accurately
• Keep shop clean, organized, and well-merchandised; follow daily/weekly tasks
• Assist with opening/closing lists and monthly deep cleaning as required
• Minimize waste of products and packaging
• Collaborate with team to improve product quality and learn about offerings
