Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and transportation to make deposits.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and develop people-management skills.
• Willing to open/close the store and work when alone.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales, handle cash and cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep store neat and clean.
• Teach others how to do the tasks above.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
