Responsibilities

• Support and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maintain store appearance and product availability.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
