Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivers the Famous Footwear experience. You’ll create a welcoming environment, assist customers, manage store tasks, and ensure styles are easy to shop.

You’ll stay informed on trends, train teammates, and contribute to a positive culture. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and flexible scheduling to meet store needs across our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with team at all levels.
• Willingness to exercise independent judgment with guidance as needed.
• Solid knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace store operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.

• Drive sales through in-store knowledge of trends and styles.
