Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering memorable in-store experiences. You’ll create welcoming environments, help customers find the perfect fit, and champion our brand culture to drive loyalty and sales.

In this role, you’ll handle daily store tasks, engage with customers, and support with inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized shop. You’ll collaborate with teammates and grow your product knowledge to keep customers coming

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager guidance.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule.
