Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment when working with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and all famous styles easily shoppable.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and help customers find the right styles and brands.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and seek feedback for growth.
• Assist with training and development of teammates and foster a positive environment.
