You will greet customers, process transactions, restock, and train others while helping maintain a welcoming store. The role offers flexible scheduling, 401k with company match, and employee discounts, with opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Entry-level management role in retail.
• Must be at least 18 and have valid driver's license.
• Willing to open/close store and work alone at times.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Lead and train team to deliver best customer experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
