Job summary

US Tech Force is seeking a part-time Shipping and Receiving Associate to support material handling, inventory, and shipping preparations. The role may transition to full-time for the right candidate and involves data entry, carrier coordination, and packing lists for local and international shipping.

Responsibilities include scheduling loads, loading/unloading, inventory oversight, record entry, and ensuring billing documents are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control is preferred.
• ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule outgoing loads.
• Load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Inspect product load for accuracy.
• Maintain database to ensure customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided.
• Deliver material to proper locations.
• Oversee inventory control.
• Use computer to enter records or reference stock.
