Disability Lab Warehouse in Houston, TX is seeking an entry-level, part-time Shipping & Customer Support Associate to keep shipping organized and assist customers by phone. You’ll pack orders, print labels, and ensure correct items reach the right destinations.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and bilingual in English and Spanish, this is a solid role to learn warehouse operations while being part of a small, fast-moving team.

Formación

Part-Time Shipping & Customer Support Associate (Entry-Level)

Location: Disability Lab Warehouse — 203 Burbank St, Houston, TX 77076 · Team: Production · Type: Part-time (hours flexible; typically 15–25 hours/week) Rate: $12 hour

About the role

This is an entry-level, part-time role for someone who can keep shipping organized and accurate while also being comfortable helping customers by phone. You’ll work in our Houston warehouse packing orders, printing labels, and making sure the right items go to the right place. You’ll also help answer customer calls with basic questions like order status and shipping updates. If you’re detail-oriented, good with computers, and bilingual in English and Spanish, this is a solid role to learn warehouse operations while being part of a small, fast-moving team.

What you’ll do

Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Print shipping labels and update order/shipping info on the computer
Double-check items, quantities, and addresses (attention to detail matters here)
Help answer customer calls and provide basic order/shipping updates
Communicate clearly with the team to keep orders moving

What we’re looking for

Comfortable with computers (basic typing, navigating systems, printing labels, etc.)
Strong attention to detail (you catch mistakes before they ship)
Good phone skills with customers (friendly, clear, professional)
Bilingual: English + Spanish
Dependable and on-time, with a good attitude and willingness to learn
