Advantage Solutions seeks a customer-focused promotional team member in Wisconsin to drive sales through engaging live events and sampling at retail locations. You will support management and help create a friendly, high-energy shopping experience for customers.

Applicants must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and available 2–3 shifts including weekends; training provided and growth opportunities available within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with action-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Safety-minded in a retail environment
