Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals for part-time retail event roles in Wisconsin. You will drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at locations near where they shop.

No prior experience is required as training and team support help you succeed; 2-3 shifts per week, weekends, with opportunities for additional hours and benefits to customize coverage for your family.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing interaction with customers and management.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at locations.
• Represent brands at retail locations and events to promote products and experiences.
• Assist with setup, execution and wrap-up of sampling programs and events.
