Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a role involving live events and in-store sampling to engage customers and elevate brand experiences in Wisconsin. The position emphasizes friendly, energetic interaction with customers and management, with training provided to ensure success.

Shifts are typically 2-3 per week, including weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for multi-hour periods as you support teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
