Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor for our Arnold, MD location. The role supports the Store Management team to drive store execution, customer service, and performance.

When managers are absent, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately. Responsibilities include supervising the floor, assisting customers, managing merchandising displays, and maintaining communications with the management team.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and handle complaints to promote CVS customer service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays according to planograms.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and communicate effectively with store management and crews.
