Job summary

CVS Health in Seaside Heights, NJ is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence. You will supervise staff when managers are off-site and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining merchandising, pricing, stock, and displays, and communicating with management. Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not present.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Execute displays, sign placement, and inventory as per plans of guidance (POGs).
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and ensure smooth store operations.
