Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures while maintaining high service standards.

You will engage with customers, resolve questions and complaints, and uphold confidentiality. Responsibilities include merchandising, pricing, and maintaining promotional displays to drive loyalty and a positive CVS experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is unavailable and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly promotions and seasonal needs.
