CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in Prattville. You will lead the staff when managers aren’t on site, ensuring smooth operations, customer service excellence, and completion of opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store operations.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints promptly.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
• Supervise and assign tasks, monitor progress and follow up.
• Prepare opening and closing procedures and oversee displays.
