Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Pennsburg, PA to support the Store Management team by driving store execution and customer satisfaction. You will lead staff in the manager’s absence, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure a smooth, safe shopping environment for our customers.

Ideal candidates have strong deductive and analytical skills, solid communication and supervisory abilities, and the flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close procedures completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Maintain CVS customer service standards and greeting protocol.
• Handle customer relations per policy and protect confidentiality.
• Price, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promos.
• Reset departments following POGs.
