Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Perkasie, PA to support the store management team and drive store execution. You will lead the crew, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures when managers are not onsite.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, staff supervision, and accurate merchandising. A high school diploma is preferred, with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventories, and maintain seasonal promos.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure product presentation is up to standard.
