The Shift Leader will supervise shifts, ensure a consistent customer experience, and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
