Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts and ensure fast, friendly service with top-quality food. You’ll supervise crew and other managers, uphold safety, cleanliness, and profitability, and communicate effectively for smooth shift changes.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in food service, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to great customer experiences. Must be 18 or older to manage in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
