Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time promotional staff in New Jersey to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in communities and stores. You will also support management as needed, with training provided where required.

Role requires 2–3 shifts weekly (including weekends), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service skills. Benefits and discounts may be available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
