Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time associate to drive sales through customer engagement and live-brand experiences at our events and sampling activities. You will support management and help create engaging shopper experiences in-store and in pop-up settings.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours. Training is provided, with opportunities for additional shifts and career growth.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
