Advantage Solutions is seeking energetic staff to drive sales by engaging customers with brands through live events and sampling at shopping locations. This role emphasizes customer interaction, enthusiasm, and a safety-first approach in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
