Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for the Costco location in Waltham, MA. The role focuses on engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and samplings at the store.

You will also support management as needed, with training provided. The position offers 2-3 shifts weekly, including weekends, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness programs, and Associate Perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
• Provide support to management as needed.
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
