What You’ll Be Responsible For as a Service Technician

When you meet with potential Dryer Vent Wizard customers, you’ll:

• Complete dryer vent diagnostic inspections.
• Problem-solve issues and offer customer complete solutions.
• Clean, repair, and install dryer vents.

• You love figuring out the root problems and coming up with complete solutions.
• You communicate easily with people and know how to explain things well.
• You like to fix things on the spot.You’ll be doing everything in one visit.
• You prefer to work independently.You’ll be working from your own company-provided van and doing jobs on your own.
• You’re comfortable with ladders, being on roofs 2 or 3 stories off the ground, and crawling in tight spaces.
• You keep your cool around bugs, spiders, birds, and other creatures you might discover in the process.
• You know how to use tools.
• You care about safer homes.Many Part Time Dryer Vent Wizard Service Technicians are firefighters.In this role, you’ll help prevent fires!

• Follow our Dryer Vent Wizard process for diagnostic inspections.
• Complete all assigned jobs for each day.
