Job summary

Lou Fusz Ford of Chesterfield is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Pickup & Delivery Driver to support our Service Department. This role involves picking up and delivering customer vehicles safely and efficiently, with hours from 7am to 12pm.

This is a union position governed by Local 618. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and enjoys interacting with customers while representing the Lou Fusz brand.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and customer communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be willing to submit to pre employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all customer interactions.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition before and after transport.
• Maintain communication with service advisors and dispatch personnel regarding delivery schedules and updates.
• Ensure all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with dealership errands and vehicle transportation as needed.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle pickups, deliveries, mileage, and customer signatures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the dealership.
