Job summary

Chapman Ford Columbia is seeking a friendly Part-Time Service Driver to join our Service Department. You will help guests and their vehicles get where they need to be safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include moving vehicles around the lot, supporting pickup and delivery, assisting with extended test drives, and maintaining a clean shuttle vehicle while staying punctual and professional.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a clean, valid driver’s license.
• Experience using smartphone apps for logs, GPS and status updates is preferred.
• Reliability and timely performance are essential.
• Good communication with customers and teammates is required.
• Familiarity with the Columbia/Lancaster County area is a plus.
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicles regularly.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle logistics: move customer and inventory vehicles around the lot.
• Pick-up & Delivery: drive to customer locations for vehicle swaps.
• Test drives: assist service advisors with extended test drives.
• Professionalism: maintain a clean shuttle vehicle and friendly demeanor.
• Coordination: work with service advisors to prioritize trips and timing.
