Job summary

Chapman Ford Columbia is seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Service Driver to support our Service Department in Columbia, PA. You will move vehicles around the lot, pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, assist with test drives, and maintain a professional, welcoming shuttle experience.

Applicants must have a valid license and a clean driving record, be punctual, and communicate well with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive vehicles with a manual transmission.
• Punctuality is essential to keep the service department on schedule.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with Columbia/Lancaster County area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move customer and inventory vehicles around the lot (Vehicle Logistics).
• Drive to customer locations to swap vehicles (Pickup & Delivery).
• Assist with extended test drives (Test Drives).
• Maintain a clean shuttle vehicle and provide a welcoming atmosphere (Professionalism).
• Work with Service Advisors to prioritize trips and manage timing (Coordination).
