Job summary

Hall Imports in Wisconsin seeks professional Valets for the Service Department to safely park and move customer vehicles, greet customers, and maintain orderly lots. Shifts run 12–6, Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday hours, offering benefits and growth opportunities in a long-standing family-owned dealership.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and present themselves professionally while representing the Hall Imports brand.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Safely park, move, and retrieve customer vehicles for service appointments and pickups.
• Customer Service: Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Vehicle Organization: Keep the lot and lanes organized and vehicles in designated spaces.
• Vehicle Inspection: Check for damage and report concerns to management.
• Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer delivery.
• Key Management: Control and return vehicle keys accurately.
• Safety and Security: Follow procedures to protect vehicles and property.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep parking areas clean and accessible.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth vehicle movement.

We are looking for professional and friendly Valets to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. Immediate positions are available for Service Department Valets.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Safely park, move, and retrieve customer vehicles for service appointments, sales visits, and vehicle pickups.
• Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups, and direct customers to the appropriate dealership departments.
• Vehicle Organization: Keep the dealership lot, service lanes, and parking areas organized and ensure vehicles are parked in designated spaces.
• Vehicle Inspection: Check vehicles for existing damage, record mileage when required, and report any new damage or concerns to management.
• Vehicle Preparation: Assist with preparing vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are clean, presentable, and positioned in the correct area.
• Key Management: Maintain accurate control of vehicle keys and ensure keys are returned to the proper locations.
• Safety and Security: Follow dealership procedures for operating vehicles, securing customer property, and protecting vehicles from damage or theft.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep parking areas, service driveways, and vehicle display areas clean and free of obstructions.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, sales staff, and managers to ensure efficient vehicle movement.
• Additional Support: Assist with vehicle shuttling, fueling, car washes, and other dealership tasks as assigned.
