Hall Imports in Wisconsin is seeking professional and friendly Valets to support our dealership staff and customers. You will safely park, move, and retrieve vehicles for service appointments, deliveries, and sales visits, while providing courteous service.

You will keep the lot organized, check for damage, manage keys, and assist with vehicle preparation. Hours are 12-6 Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours, and we offer employee purchase benefits and recognition.

Formación

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Company offers benefits and training for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Park, move and retrieve customer vehicles for service appointments and pickups.
• Greet customers professionally and direct them to departments.
• Keep the lot and service lanes organized and vehicles parked correctly.
• Check for visible damage and report issues to management.
• Assist with vehicle preparation for delivery, including cleaning.
• Manage vehicle keys and ensure secure return to proper locations.
• Support dealership staff with shuttling, fueling, car washes as needed.

We are looking for professional and friendly Valets to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. Immediate positions are available for Service Department Valets.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Safely park, move, and retrieve customer vehicles for service appointments, sales visits, and vehicle pickups.
• Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups, and direct customers to the appropriate dealership departments.
• Vehicle Organization: Keep the dealership lot, service lanes, and parking areas organized and ensure vehicles are parked in designated spaces.
• Vehicle Inspection: Check vehicles for existing damage, record mileage when required, and report any new damage or concerns to management.
• Vehicle Preparation: Assist with preparing vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are clean, presentable, and positioned in the correct area.
• Key Management: Maintain accurate control of vehicle keys and ensure keys are returned to the proper locations.
• Safety and Security: Follow dealership procedures for operating vehicles, securing customer property, and protecting vehicles from damage or theft.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep parking areas, service driveways, and vehicle display areas clean and free of obstructions.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, sales staff, and managers to ensure efficient vehicle movement.
• Additional Support: Assist with vehicle shuttling, fueling, car washes, and other dealership tasks as assigned.

• Must be age 18 or older
• Valid license and clean driving record required
