Job summary

Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor Trainee to learn the essentials of service advising, acting as a liaison between customers and the service team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training, a schedule of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Friday, and Saturday, and pay of $18 per hour bi-weekly.

• Assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s service needs, ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians

• Facilitate customer appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service scheduling
• Communicate service updates to customers in a clear and friendly manner
• Handle customer concerns and issues, working to resolve them in a professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and warranties
• Assist with customer follow-ups and service reminders
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor Trainee. In this role, you will learn the essential functions of a Service Advisor, acting as a liaison between customers and our service team. You will ensure that customers receive outstanding service and care, while also helping to manage service operations efficiently. This is an entry-level role with room for career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities
