Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time server at Lodge Kohler in Green Bay, WI. You will upsell food and drinks, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a lively, on-site restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining area standards, processing payments, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. Prior serving experience and Packers Game Day availability are preferred; 18+ and Safe Serve preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Walk/stand for majority of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safe Serve Certification preferred.
• Prior serving experience preferred.
• Packers Game Day availability required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Upsell food and beverages to guests.
• Take and enter orders into POS system accurately.
• Greet guests and present menus; process payments.
• Maintain table settings and assist with cleaning.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Serve courses and beverages as ordered; replenish as needed.
• Prepare mixed drinks where licensed.
• Provide product/service information about resort offerings.
• Stock and maintain restaurant par levels and side stations.
