Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a part-time dining service team member to provide courteous and efficient service to casino guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced, smoke-filled casino environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food server experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining service to all customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Take and fill food and drink orders and assist in maintaining the dining area.
• Maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards and food safety certification.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work as necessary.
• Work as part of a team including venue hosts, supervisors, servers, bussers and kitchen staff.
