Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a personable server for its Culinary Department at Delaware Plaza. This part-time role offers shifts from 7AM–2PM and 4PM–7:30PM, 3–5 days per week including weekends and holidays.

Pay ranges from $17.13 to $18 per hour depending on experience, with benefits for full-time and select part-time staff. You will service residents, maintain dining room cleanliness, and support front-of-house operations, while following sanitation and safety guidelines and providing

Qualifications

• Positive impersonal skills are required
• A food handler's card is required
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 15 pounds
• Customer service experience
• Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Greet residents and families
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs' daily specials
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times
• Assist with special events as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
